Gin & Bear It
This month’s Mixology focuses on one spirit – gin! Join us 100′ up with SkyCity’s Jeff Townley and special guest Danielle Bax from Campari as you learn all about gin. You can enjoy tasting different kinds of gin, crafting your own cocktail and sampling delicious bites from our very own Chef Paolo. You will even learn how to make your own negroni! It’s the perfect way to kick off a Seattle summer.
